Since I do not know what's changed, I can not list a "what's changed" any of the PTB who does know is free to update this list.
This is what I noticed in a quick glance. Will update this posts when I know more.
Maximized window covered by non-standard taskbar locations is fixed. However, the right-hand side is still/again positioned too far right, cutting off the end of the searchbar.
Tabs at Bottom drawing problem seems fixed
An external Proxylist provider has been added to the Proxy list download dialog. The list is however in Chinese
Things still broke
clean install and favorites stored on-line still causes Maxthon to die with a Runtime error if no local mbookmark.xml file exists, workaround is to edit config.ini in profile folder and changing FavService=1 to FavService=0 (need confirmation)
FavIcons still retrieved despite setting to not do so
Ctrl-Arrow doesn't skip words in textareas and addressbar
Resume Open Tab from last session stil lists tabs closed before Maxthon was closed
