try to extract the .exe file, open the "update" dir and execute "update.exe"

i had the same problema... someone managed to install this new version?

Why does anybody want IE7?

I can't speak for anyone else, but as a web designer, I need to keep up with what's happening with ALL popular browsers, and how any changes affect my work (and it will affect it a lot). Plus, even in pre-beta, there's a lot about IE7 that is already far better than IE6.

y the hack u ppl always cry n shout  abt.  Genuine Copies of Windows, common guys get urself a Volumn Licence Key n change ur present key and its all done, u ll be verified as a Geniun Windows holder.

Instruction
1. UnRAR
2. Go to UPDATE replace iecustom.dll whis any older  patched iecustom.dll
You can istall but you havnt tabs =)
reboot
go to /Update and run xmllitesetup.exe

Hmmm I don't have an xmllitesetup.exe in my update folder... AND it's not letting me update my current install of IE7 - any suggestions?

After install the IE7, a message appear on the bottom of Desktop Area...

Somebody knows how eliminates this message from the Desktop Area?

start - run - certmgr.msc
select Trusted Root Certification Authorities - Certificates
then delete Microsoft Test Root Authority
reboot

2nd : delete SHLWAPI.DLL , creat a file named IEXPLORE.exe.local

final : run iexplore.exe , done

but tab is not working another thing. i'm using pirated XP. I tried to make it legal as posted here but its not working for me. I dont understand why? 1 point I didnt update my windows. and there was no legi...file in system32 can anyone help me> plz

Until IE comes up with something silimiar to Adblock in FireFox people aren't going to switch.

It is nice they are taking care of the ActiveX stuff better, but ads are becoming the easiest solution to track people. If you don't view them, they can't track you. It is as simple as that.

IE does NOT have a viable solution for this yet. There is AdFilter but it is not free but does something similiar.

just use outpost firewall and put in filter words like adsence* ad* etc.. block all ads on all browsers 100%

Many problems with this build. Google Toolbar wont work, Latest Roboform, Reget and other plugins seems to come in trouble with it. Its the first IE build with this bugs. I will uninstall it and use the Build version before!

hello everyone! i have some problem with my internet explorer, whenever I try to open another ie window, the existing one closes. so I can just open one internet explorer at a time.. I tried to upgrade the ie to ie7 beta, but still the problem remains. i don't have a genuine copy of windows xp, can anyone pls help? tnx!

You can uninstall it cleanly if you don't like it, but you won't, at least not until ie8.

Don't bother with the Addons tho, they create more work than they are designed to save - IMHO.

Maxthon works the way IE should work, with - COMPLETE - IE - COMPATIBILITY....... end of story.
