Microsoft has just released Windows Vista Beta 5472 (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate) and is available for download (5472.5.winmain_idx01.060713-1900)
Remember to burn at 1x or 2x to minimize the chance of any defects during the burning process. Statistics show that one of the largest causes of Windows Vista installation failure is that the data is not 100% accurate with the image file, and therefore fails.
Windows Vista Build 5472 includes many improvements over the last interim (5456), including but not limited to: The Windows Vista Aero Assessment process that runs after installation will display information regarding new and key features included with Windows Vista. This is similar to the way that the Windows XP setup process displays information regarding the product.

1. Aero Assessment after installation - This displays changing information about key features of Windows Vista.
2. The Task Manager now links to the Resource Monitor, where you’ll find that on the peformance tab you get a button for a more comprehensive resource monitor.
3. Sidebar updates - The 'Add Gadgets' window has been updated slightly since the last interim and this build includes a few new gadgets, not to mention updated versions of the ones you've grown accustom to know. Below is a list of the gadgets you will find in this build:
* Calculator Gadget - This gadget appears to be identical to the one included in 5456.
* Calendar Gadget - This gadget is new, although it is more than likely broken in this build. *UPDATE: Just as I had expected, this gadget is broken.
* Clock Gadget - Slightly updated since 5456. Now has different looking text for each clock, rather than bold text.
* Contacts Gadget - This is a new gadget which allows you to view and search through your Windows Mail, and Outlook, contacts.
* CPU Gadget - This gadget appears to be identical to the one included in 5456.
* Currency Gadget - This gadget appears to be identical to the one included in 5456.
* Notes Gadget - This gadget appears to be identical to the one included in 5456.
* Picture Puzzle Gadget - This gadget has been Slightly updated since 5456. The only change I truely see is the border of the gadget has changed to a wood finish.
* Recycle Bin Gadget - This gadget appears to be identical to the one included in 5456. It is also quite doubtful that you will be seeing this gadget for very long…
* RSS Feeds Gadget - This gadget has changed quite a bit since 5456, but don't get that acquainted with it for this iteration is already out of date.
* Slide Show Gadget - This gadget appears to be identical to the one included in 5456.

hmmm .......... think i'll wait for final release coz even 'stable release' softwares from microsoft have been known to screw-up systems. :-)

Well I installed the latest vista build and this time it took 150mins and 5 reboots instead of the previous builds 90mins, also it has more finished graphical look, however windows explorer repeatedly crashed every minute. bitdefender and java build 7 isnt compatible nor is ewido anti-spyware. and a popup 'youre license was changed without authorization' kept coming up and internet explorer would crash/freeze on startup repeatedly. i then did a trueimage restore for winxp pro in just 28mins.
I guess i'll wait for the RC1 or 2 before trying this again.

Problem with this too.Compatibility tab crash my computer from start next reboot can not load my original XP Pro. Found another download called XP Pro + SP3 done by one guy from appzstock and works very well.Looks like Vista boot as a Vista and has all the new softwares included in this dvd plus the Office.Got it from **[ 9down.com refused this word ]**.net

That is nearly impossible for those who doesn't own a server.
Some Bittorrent now is active and I can downloading with average 20kB/s so that will finish within 40 hours
Try torrentreactor, wtorrent or else right away.

I don't know that "5472.part27.rar" has been deleted.
