For christs sake, why can't people put nightly build in the info section atleast, if not the title....

when I install it
it said
"You are about to install Deer Park Alpha 1 1.0+"
After I install it, I got a "Deer Park Browser"

Look at the URL. It's got a "nightly" in it!!

And this is why 9down has NO INTEGRITY when it comes to their posts, because the editors and persons in charge of approving posts DONT VERIFY ANYTHING. Way to go guys, another post allowed to confuse your users :) GOOD JOB!

By,by the way somewhere about Longhorn latest build was "published" ,it was made appearance on 9down also but just for 15 min. By,by,by the way link in that post was for Win 2003. So much about hastiness

Not here to be nice about anything, merely to point out fact

Deer Park is the Code Name for the RC of Mozilla 1.1
Being Alpha1 says it all.
The Final Firefox 1.1 will be released later this summer.

If you guys would only quit your whinning and bellyaching, this site would be a whole lot better off.

You don't like it, don't D/L and install it.
Stick to Internet Exploder and put up with all the security holes and the bugs.

Mozilla makes the better browser and by releasing nightly builds, as well as RCs, it gives people an opportunity to evaluate and report bugs for quick fixes.

Wow, you misread my post, I dont care about it being a nightly, i know the whole theory behind nightlies, but this post was originally titled Mozilla Firefox 1.1 Released, and the editorial staff decided to release it and make corrections later. The staff should CHECK THE SOURCE before releasing an article
