Mozilla Firefox project (formerly Firebird, which was formerly Phoenix) is a redesign of Mozilla's browser component, written using the XUL user interface language and designed to be cross-platform.

Version 2 is a RC, version 1 is not.

Hi, sorry to ask this but
whats the difference between firefox 1.5.0.8 and version 2 which is being realesed ?
I'm not sure if I can put it this way, 1.5 bloodline is like Windows XP while 2.0 Vista. I think next major release will be Firefox 2.0 which is the developers' main goal at the moment, but they also work on 1.5 to eliminate any found bugs.
