Yes, it's a new version for the Firefox 2 (Some minor change about security) for who's prefer Firefox 2.

Firefox is more preferable than Firefox 2, just one problem, not all the extensions are compatible with Firefox 3.

I prefer FireFox 2
just for some extensions that don't work on FF3
