Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.7 Final
Posted by Anonymous 825 Day ago, There are 22 comments, 24429 views
Mozilla Firefox is a fast, full-featured Web browser that makes browsing more efficient than ever before. Firefox includes pop-up blocking; a tab-browsing; integrated Google searching; simplified privacy controls that let you cover your tracks more effectively; a streamlined browser window that shows you more of the page than any other browser; and a number of additional features that work with you to help you get the most out of your time online.

The Mozilla Corporation have today uploaded the follow-up to their hugely popular web browser, Firefox. Despite not being featured on the Firefox homepage the files have all been uploaded to the Mozilla FTP site. English versions of Linux, Macintosh and Windows versions are available.

Here you go Xcel, a fresh German version of Firefox 2.0.0.7:

Mozilla.com page will only be updated today at approx. 8pm Pacific time...the FTP is always to first one to get it. If it is in releases, it is a release, not a beta. The auto update for Firefox users will only pick up the update tomorrow or very late tonight.

If it's a final release, why was I automatically directed to the beta page after installing it?

Paddy, what part of "HTTP doesn't get updated has fast" didn't you understand? When a new release is released, the site needs to make a new Welcome page for the browser to indicate to the user that they have the latest, but if you update before that page is created or changed to reflect the new release, then you will get the beta page.

I stand corrected :)
