I have tried with every 7.xx version of Nero inc. 7.2.0.3 and everything seems to work except Nero Vison. When I try to start it I get this error: Unable to load licensing subsystem. Please re-install the application! How can this be fixed?" ???
You have to go to Control Panel> Regional and Languages> Advanced and choose English as your language. Restart. Now it works, but other programm's menu translated in your language with special characters will be scrambled.
Beware - something is messed up with this version of nero. (I've installed about 8 versionns/patches - this is the first that didn't work - could be a video driver issue. I'll upgrade from ati 6.3 to 6.4 to see if that helps.
Nero burner installs no issue but nerovision tanks on install. Fails on capture install. The previous version of Nero still installs OK. I tried the upgrade, and clean install (cleared registry and directories after uninstall - still hangs).
nero vision does not work.... it says: Unable to load licensing subsystem. please re-install the application... what should i do ??? reinstalling it does not work
