Originally designed solely for Windows XP Media Center Edition (XP MCE) 2005 but later also ported to XP Tablet PC Edition 2005, now all XP users can download this sharp-looking theme, which features the new Microsoft Energy style and a few new backgrounds.

I always hated the new XP Theme crap and I always turn everything to classic for new installs, but I don't mind this Royale theme one bit - it's actually pretty good.

This looks a hell of a lot like the kind of skin in a pc tools program.
Those with the new Registry Mechanic will know what I'm talking about.
