How to activate my Premier german?
I installed it successfully, the Activation comes.
But after fail internet connection it only says, "the error occurred, to try again, click "NEXT"."
No activation by phone possible...

no one answering regarding this programs after install updater. norton usually put genuine detect when it update. no confirmation on this yet?....or u guys just install blindly?

The option "Activate by Phone" is not available!
I get a message "An error occurs whle activating the product. Press Next". I press Next and get the same message but the point "Activate by phone" doesn't appear! ! !

It was the files NSBTPLG.DLL and NSBTPLGS.DLL.
I don't now if it works.

I dont have those 2 files. I used the install above. I have 2 folders Norton SystemWorks Premier, Norton AntiVirus I did a search for the dll and they dont come up.

What's happening to 9Down? The links supplied with the intro story are the same trial program. Why supply two links for Premier and Standard when they're the same Norton trial? (Rhetorical question.) No working keys and anything helpful is being deleted.
