*** Efficient surfing:
- Tabbed browsing. Surf the Web easier and faster by opening multiple Web pages within the same application window.

I try to explane the differences.
International installer means Multilanguage contains a selection menue by setup where you can select your installation Language of Opera.
English means just the English Version of Opera
Classic installer, not sure but I think its not msi setup pack, the installer is done with installshield or any other used install maker to create the setup.

2 Are only importand If you want install Opera not in English you need International Version Installer
(Think about if you want to slipstream it in windows setup cd creation. The switches for the setup will possible use the first language Bulgarian cause I think a switch for automatical setup progress to controll the radio selection menu isnt possible)
If you just like to install the simple english version so the classic or the newer installer in english should be enough for you as well save download time and space. The english installer can be used with setup switches to slipstream it into windows setup cd to automatizate a windows new setup including Opera.

Below I was wrong cause the topic links always the right. Its just for your own monitoring to have a eye on the file source to see as soon the date change in that folder means a new Version is out.
It can be meaned 8679 Beta and Version 8679 Final here, we don't know what version build will be the final in this ftp folders by opera soon to be available. The topic doesnt say " Here is Opera 9.10 Final " its written this is " Opera 9.10 Build 8679 Final "
