Why Opera 9.23 is not in Opera Web site download section.still Opera 9.22
Because they put it on the FTP site in advance of declaring it final as a means to prime their various download sites. It's not official until it hits those other sites sometime later. For example, just last week they pulled the "final" 9.23 reported here -- there was a problem with it.
