What is the difference between this one and the build 8414? I install it and it still shows the build is 8414.

There is no difference, this "8414" in not official and you should be registered memeber of opera forum to download it. This "beta 2" is absolutely public, so this one could be downloaded by everyone. If you have 8414, then nothing changed, don't download...
