The following issues are fixed (only significant ones are listed):
o After upgrading from version 2.7, the spyware base was not available until Outpost Firewall was restarted.
o Duplicate records in the Add/Remove Programs dialog after installing Outpost Firewall 3.0.
o If in User Mode, Outpost Firewall did not start correctly after a user logoff/logon.
o French, German, Russian, and Spanish localization issues.
o New Debug plug-in for providing error feedback to Agnitum.
o The Agnitum Update message was displayed when updating the spyware base.
o Access to the FTP server was blocked if standard rules for FTP protocol from preset were used.
o Issues while adding filters in Log Viewer.
o Stateful inspection was not turned on in Allow Outqoing DHCP global rule after updating from version 2.7.
o Agnitum Update hung in case of no network access.
o Outpost Firewall could not be uninstalled after upgrading from previous versions.
o An empty checkfw.log file in root of disk C: was created.
o Outpost Firewall could crash on starting some Adobe applications.
o Outpost Firewall could crash when moving or manually adding any application to the Partially Allowed list.
o Outpost Firewall locked the registry which resulted in a slow system shut down.
o A remote address specified in the Rules Wizard dialog was not automatically set in the Rules window when selecting Custom and clicking OK.
o The "Block extra long DNS requests" option is disabled by default.
o Black color scheme issues.
o Outpost Firewall could crash if a started application was immediately closed.
o Outpost Firewall could crash on loading its service.
o Outpost Firewall could crash on performing some plug-in diagnostics.
o Outpost Firewall could crash when going to sleep or hibernate mode.
o Component control did not respond when updating any application that uses an Internet connection.
o Spyware scanner dumped large numbers of .tmp files in Windows temporary folder.
