I recon it's japanese, but they're all the same.
BTW, you can run this one with Devhook (0.51) also.

hi all there is 3.03 update at http://du01.psp.update.playstation.org/update/psp/image/us/2006_1220_a1dd70c8e8f12d83d954951d9e0d6838/EBOOT.PBP
to use it open memorystick add the file in PSP / GAME / UPDATE on your Memory Stick n.b. use always capital letters in folders name as showed.. then put memorystick in psp...go to games memory stick click x then it well show ...follow up the instructions ...........cu
