I encourage you NOT to update to this firmware unless you wanna stay out of homebrew.
Sony released this update JUST because of ONE reason.
To keep users out of homebrew and to fill the securty hole that can be used with the copy of lumines for downgrading...

Please do not download and install the original SONY PSP firmware update, otherwise you will no be able to play others self-downloaded games ever....this is really sucks~
i have tried the the original firmware 3.50 and i felt so upsat!!!
