NOD32 (or AVG AV) & Zone alarm firewall is the best (no idea why I feel the URGE to tell this FACT)

Yeah! I am using AVG and Zone Alarm, They are getting along well. Only one problem, whenever i bootup my comp it popup the AVG control center which I have to minimize manually, its annoying. Anyone knows how to make it minimize automatically?

Panda only has a good looking interface and it makes u think it's protecting ur Pc but it's actually not! I would rather recommend Kaspesky, Bit Defender, Mac Afee, Norton or AVG, not Panda.

I'm using Norton for 7 years and i don't have even a little problem with it.
i have used kaspersky ,i hate it,it just a junk, it tricks foolish people so they thing it's the best.
kasper and NOD32 does not have any think more than others.

Ehy fight over any of these. People will use what they want. I just post what I have seen in the field. I service a lot of end users as well as comercial contracts. I find Norton and Panda alot. Removal of these always returns the machine to operational. Well that combined with a good AV sweep and a spyware scan..or 3.
But back to the topic.

Since 9 years ago I've experienced many AV such as SCAN, McAfee, Toolkit, Panda, Norton, ZASS's AV(eTrust), Bitdefender, NOD32 & Kaspersky. If you looking for nice and pro firewall you will find ZoneAlarm Pro and for AV part The Kaspersky AV has a nice engine to detect most of threats but if you want it all in one try Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0; It doesn't mean that other Firewalls and AVs are not good enough to protect you!! Just see what has better taste for you and your computer...CHEERS!!

Not really looking foward to NOD32 v3 myself. I dont need a third party firewall. I just like NOD32 for the AV and RT protection. If the 2.7 version dies I will have to use something else.

It won't die for a while, but I'm sure V3 will bring more then just a sub-par firewall (I doubt they'll get it good on their first try), which is why I'll test it when it does come out.

Panda products eat a lot of bytes (kilobytes xDDD, or better MegaBytes xDDD) in your RAM.

I tried and it found "things" that Kaspersky Online and Nod32 did not find, as every antivirus program you use.

Too heavy for me, as Norton.

Perhaps Avira Antivir PersonalEdition Classic 7, if you use webmail and you are behind a router (if not, Kerio guys, Kerio xDDD).

But never BitDefender if this program find something you have to uninstall it, locate the problem and kill it by your way ...

One thing you have to take note to is that different antiviruses and firewalls dont work the same on all computers. Right now I'm using Panda Antivirus 2007 with Zone Alarm Pro the 2 work great together. I tried a lot of different antiviruses and Firewalls on MY computer and Panda and Zone Alarm Pro has worked the best on MY computer. Its a trial and error thing you cant try to bully somebody into using what you think is best for them like I say a trial and error thing. ( Its All Good )

I would recommend AVG IS, KIS, BitDefender and NOD. not this one!
