Partition Logic is a free hard disk partitioning and data management tool. It can create, delete, format, defragment, resize, and move partitions and modify their attributes. It can copy entire hard disks from one to another.
Partition Logic is free software, available under the terms of the GNU General Public License. It is based on the Visopsys operating system. It boots from a CD or floppy disk and runs as a standalone system, independent of your regular operating system.
Partition Logic is intended to become a free alternative to such commercial programs as Partition Magic, Drive Image, and Norton Ghost.
It is a standalone operating system "VisOpSys" boot disk, independent of VISTA or any existing OS on your computer. According to partionlogic.org.uk website: Partition Logic (version 0.66 and later) can be used with Windows Vista. However, you should not move your system partition using Partition Logic... Vista uses a new boot process that is sensitive to changes in the boot sector and partition layout. A fix may be possible within EasyBCD which is tuned to this purpose.

I believe the links posted in this artical are wrong. The links provided are for the Visopsys operating system. Partition Logic is a partition application based on technology from the Visopsys operating system.

I burned the Partition Logic .iso image to CD using UltraISO and then Nero. Both CDs failed to bootup. Am I missing anything?

The most common mistake may be burning the files to a disc, instead of using the files to "burn to disc as an image" or "burn image to disc". If the CD has filename.iso on it as a file, you made that mistake.
