Rather than downloading the whole program again, I updated the program via the check for updates from within the program.

I've found PerfectDisk to be the best defragger I've ever used. Much better than Diskeeper (I won't even mention the built-in Windows defragger), and very fast, whilst still doing a great job.
I am a single PC user though, so I can't speak for networks, etc.
