....in Vista i unistalled only Rapget without Open SSL and it worked fine

As usduall ( on cable broadband) you put the link into Rapget hit GO and it shows the exact same delay as WITHOUT Rapget ( that is 2 hours wait at least!) Have yet to see a solution to make Rapidsh@t work on cable....sigh.

Installing win32openSSL 0.9.6m as recommended on his homepage. It works great.
