Change proxies that way your ip will change and u can download without waiting. HideIP Plat may be an easy way for you to do this.

You may have to wait with this, but it's automatic & it works well. I like being able to paste in a bunch of URL's at once like in FlashGet and just letting it do it's thing. I try to arrange small downloads in a group to minimize wait time.
