The program works fine. There is a problem, however. When you add items to the ignore list, they get reset after each new scan. So if you run one scan, and ignore a whole bunch of stuff, all that stuff will be back on the next scan, making the ignore list effectively useless.

be careful guys i think reg mechanic messed uo my startup progrmas on fine day they all got deleted so keep a backup of everything.but im not sure whether its reg mechanic or some other virus

whether we use registry mechanic or system mechanic :
if your fully depend on these programmes to delete registries and junk files ,be prepare to have many of your programmes corrupted, especially pirated programmes,some stop working , even sometimes window gets corrupted, and you have have to reinstall operating system after clean up. I am using such programmes since years if you donot khow which registry to delete and which to keep ,use with utmost care. I am running Xp pro sp2 with hundreds of programmes since year successfully without depending upon these programmes,whereas in the past I have to reinstall Os and all every one or two months especially after running such cleanup programmes.
System mechnic 6 is totally confusing in comarison to sys mechanic 5,.These mechnic programmes are not builders but always destroyers .Use and be ready to loose one or other programme

I have to admit that the comment submitted above by "dharmvir" is absolutely right and I agree 100% with him! These programs, if you don't use them carefully, can bring more problems than solve them! Although I have many of these programs installed on my PC, I rarely use them. So my friends, exercise proper care!

You definitely don't want to run one of these programs blindly without knowing what you're doing. You really need to know what you're deleting before deleting it or you will have problems. I put like 65 legitimate items into my ignore list. What sucks about the ignore list is that if I were to run another scan sometime later and add any item to my ignore list, the entire list is erased and replaced by that item. I hope they fix this in the next update.

please consider that " who generate the copy rights?" for whom.

only fair price must charge to the customers. most ppl over the planet r not rich and not easy to make $$$$$$$$$$. but they do. do we have to give up just buy and use their? no way. we try to save ourself. just make it fair.
