yes this patch fixes the WMF Vulnerbility, i just applied it on my system

Suddenly all my video playback went dark and i found that in my graphic setting's colour correction it was in overlay. I changed it to all and again i got my video playback right. it has happened to me 2 or 3 times. Is this patch related to that. I have installed it. Maybe it will work fine.
