Why you can't find the instruction? Its all in .nfo file. You can open .nfo file using notepad.
1. Replace the 'TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.exe' in your program installation folder.
2. Run the program once and close, then it will create a new folder : Pegasys\TMPGEncDVDAuthor2
in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data
3. You can view that folder by check 'Show hidden files and folders' in your windows.
4. Then copy 'TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.en.lic' to that folder
5. If still can't configure out this, you are not entitle to use this program.

- rendere le cartelle nascoste visibili
- Copiare il file "TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.en.lic" in: c/Documents end setting/nome account/dati applicazioni/pegasys
- Riavviare

I had that problem on vista and I just ran the program in XP compatibility mode. Everything works fine now.

I have been having the same problem for two days. I am running windows xp, so no way to switch to xp compatibility. Have unistalled, reinstalled, deleted folders, registry entries, etc. and nothing has worked so far.

I am running it under WIN XP and also can't access this menu. The solution is to use shortcuts, which are mentioned in help.

Now that is what I call fast

I still have problem with registration...
Im using Vista 32 bit.
I installed software, copy and replace *.exe file into program files/pegasys/TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring/...
I run program and close BUT I still dont have any folder in /.../Documents?!!
Tried to restart computer but still nothing... Does anybody have same problem with TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 and Vista?!!

Have anyone the german .lic file ???

In my case, the file 'TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.en.lic' was found in the "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Datos de programaPegasys Inc\TMPGEncDVDAuthor3" folder, and not in the
in "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEncDVDAuthor3" one
