Password is 9down, but it's no use as the rar contents don't work.

What doesn't work - the password or the rar contents?
If you're on about the rar contents then correct it doesn't work as it is incomplete - see menatekeras' earlier post about him uploading the full thing.

He is a fake because the two EXE are exactly the same.
