Tweak FX is an open source tweaking tool for Windows 2K/XP/2003. I

t works with plugins (up to now they are about 40), which can be written very easy in VBScript.

It is created with Visual Basic 6.0 and the source is included into the installationDownload : Tweak FX 1.50
