Vista Inspirat Shell Pack is a complete custom shell pack for all WindowsXP, WindowsXP SP1 or SP2, Windows2003. It consists of modified icons and a new themed appearance for Windows XP
Before launching the installation you must restore Windows XP original state/dll (Without any shell packs). For example, if you have the Longhorn Transformation Pack, you must uninstall it before installing a new BricoPack. What’s new in Brico Pack 1.1: - The packs are universal, they work on all Windows XP (but not Windows XP 64). - Auto installation of the visual style, but it is possible to choose if you want to apply it or not during the installation. - Update function : if you use Windows Update, original Windows XP icons will reappear. With BricoPack Update Function, you can re-apply the shell pack with a simple click! - Replacement of the files during the restarting of your computer, which makes it possible to completely avoid the problem of the files on use. - Auto refresh of the icon cache.

well, this pack is still buggy and contains 2 or 3 themes only
you can use any theme you love and icon pack instead of this one
i remember i installed LongHorn transformation pack when it was x not 1.1
I hope they would continue develope it
Regards
I have installed this and then uninstalled on Windows Server 2003. Now, everything is completely black on my desktop, I can only see icons but cannot read the text in menus because it is also black. Therefore, I cannot go back to the default Windows Server 2003 desktop theme. Can anybody tell me, if there are any files, which can be safely deleted in order to restore the original desktop and its colours (and avoid full system reinstall)? I can only delete them from a remote computer, connected to this Windows Server 2003.
I guess I shouldn't uninstall this pack, works nice for me after installing this pack and then Icon tweaker, bad news you need to reinstall your system.
So you guys mean that after installing the software, there's no way for one to reverse the look of Windows XP back to the orginal state by simply uninstalling UNIVERSAL VISTA INSPIRANT BRICO PACK 1.1? Answers appreciated. Btw, how do I check my Windows XP is XP 64? Cheers
I just can't decide whether to put it on my computer or not
