Unlocker helps delete locked files with error messages like:

or u can just use spybot advanced tool.
or move the file if u can then delete

Unlocker is really good for when you get a virus/trojan found with a antivirus program and it says some bullshit like one of these

Unlocker just deletes all types of files easy

This program is arsume it deletes anything and i got rid of that xerox file and nothing has stuffed up yet. Thanks 9down

I've been looking for this type of application. All the while XP has the problem in deleting folders.. I had to manually shutdown the explorer task and use command prompt to delete it.. now Unlocker saves all this hassles.
