Riped out with my xp install cd long time ago i concider this peer name resolution protocol usless, atleast for me.

i'm running �Torrent for 6 months with a red (sometimes yellow) icon in the status bar.

after installing this update, the red icon replaced by green status light.

so, i think this update is a must for those who are having red network status light problem with �Torrent or other bittorrent clients.
