VAMP has a media mixer feature for mixing MP3 music files with visual files (images & videos) that automatically creates dynamic multimedia clips. You can even create text art and add bubble text (like a comic book) to your creations and there are many transitions and special effects, which can be applied to your images. VAMP also has a Photo Sharing online service. It allows you to start or join photo groups and share pictures. You can upload images for other to view and they can be delivered automatically to other group members' PC.
