Codec packs usually bring too many conflicts to count.

I like my media player to be able to play everthing
not need 2000 players to play each diff. file type.

Install fresh windows with mp11 update
real player 10.5
nero7 Ultra
quicktime 7.1.3
power dvd 7.2
Nvidia Pure Video Decoder (Requires Compatable VGA)

then defualt file types in media player 11 options.

This with you're most current Bio's,Video and Sound Drivers
gives the best possible result.

Also using Divx 6.5 Codec only not complete bundle
and Indeo XP Codecs 5.2.
