Any other than Windows's defrag software i ever used on NTFS significantly slowed down my system unitll it became fragmented again...

it needs a regkey to be unlocked (like pstrip or anydvd)

Bardo, this is awersome, much more then "decent"! Very quick and good. I tried Diskeeper and Raxco, but Vopt is better! If anyone has the key, please post it. Tom

I haven't tried this yet, I'm using O&O Defrag V8.5 Professional Edition and it's nice, I Agree with bsacheli.

Don't bother downloading the supposed Key by Samatha above. The post doesn't include a password and the rar needs one. Also this is suspiciously just larger than the 1MB size which counts towards Rapidshare points if downloaded by a Free Account. Luckily I downloaded with a Premium account and didn't give Samatha any joy. If I find a real key or keymaker I will post.
