Help please!

I installed WinDVD7 trial version a while ago, now it doesn't open at all (trial time expired), so I can't give unlock codes.

I have tried to uninstall it, but the result is always the same, Program doesn't open at all.

Should I do some changes in the registry? Is it possible to put unlock codes to registry?
