Winamp is an audio player that can handle audio CDs, MP3 audio files, and streaming audio broadcasts. It combines extensive functionality with an intuitive interface. Winamp features a playlist editor and a 10-band graphic equalizer with user-definable presets that can automatically load specific files. It also includes Windows Media Technology 4.0 input/output support and the industry-standard Fraunhofer MP3 decoder. This download no longer includes VIS/DSP plug-ins; you can download them separately. Winampplays MPEG Layer 2 (MP2) and Layer 3 (MP3) audio streams and Windows Media Audio (WMA), and combines extensive functionality with an intuitive interface. This is a brand new version. What you've been using was probably 5.112 and this is 5.12.

Make Sure You Execute It In C:| Program Files | Winamp - Folder Or It Will Not Work Correctly...

I don't know if it's just an error in my PC or there is something wrong with the Winamp 5.12 pro installer. Coz I installed it 5 times. It installed OK. It run OK. But when I close the application, there is always an error. And everytime I open the application again, it seems that the program reset itself (the equalizer returning to its off state; the media library opening again). I close it and the error happened again.
Is there a bug in this version?
