MS claims that over 1/3 of their warez are pirated.  I think's it's more than 1/2!!

You will not believe it... I discovered that Microsoft removed validation check even they put sign to do, I tried to validate using this method by download any thing from them, the page open thanking me and started to download normally    

That may just be temporary, they are probably working on it to remove the vulnerability....

Where can I download GenuineCheck.exe ?

All you have to do is to try downloading anything from their site.For example Windows Media Player 10.If your copy of Windows XP is genuine,you will see a download button at the download page.If not,a link will be displayed at his place asking you to make your copy of Windows genuine.Click on it and another page will be displayed with two steps.Click on the First step button and follow the instructions.In my case GenuineCheck.exe begun downloading on my computer automatically-I'm using Opera.It's only 401 Kb.
If you have a firewall then allow GenuineCheck.exe to access the internet.

WGA is supposed to give Microsoft peace of mind.Instead it's making them Headache.

It's really strange to see that a such powerful company with the most powerful coders in the world can make mistakes like that by creating a system of protection so weak.

I'm myself a coder and I have more than 10 years of experience.I can easily say that the coders who worked on WGA are all rookies.

My password didn't work this morning, but, it does this afternoon, so they must be working on the system. It never ceases to amaze me how Microsoft can follow an old addage of, the harder or more secretive you make any program to obtain, the more people WANT IT!!!! The WGA is a joke, I'm sure they have far deeper reasons to suck people into this commotion.

This doesn't work for Windows Update now does it?  Looks like it's for download only, correct?

Does anyone know all the valid product ID ranges for all Windows OSs now that the WGA system has been implied?

I know Win XP VLK is 64, but I needed to know the valid product ID range for Windows Media Center now that 365 doesnt validate.

I wanted to generate my own keys, but I need the ranges. :(

might i add you need at least service pack 2 to do this as you need to be able to use manage add ons feature, or another add on disabler
