this update is for xp embedded edition only.
in fact, we don't need to install this update.
Well, the file name is quite interesting: xpe_sp3_x86_enu.exe
this means that windows xp sp3 is already on it's way now???

I'm running XP (SP2 was built into the install). I tries to install it but QFE said it couldn't find the database. SQL was never installed when I set up up XP.
