Just because it's not available to download from Microsoft's website doesn't mean it isn't the final build! It's RTM (Release To Manufacturer) so of course it's not on M$ website yet!! It's due to be released to the public & available to download from M$ website or via M$ updates on the 29th April, but that will be the same as this RTM! If you don't want to download this then wait until 29th & download it from MS website then, I'm sure after all this time you can wait a few more days! This is RTM (build 5512) same as what will be available on MS website on 29th April! Good grief man, do a bit of research ffs!

XP SP3 won't support Vista Transformation 8.01

For anyone that wants to slipstream xpsp3 into an existing iso of xp I recommend Nlite. They really make it easy and it's a free program.

If you want it to be bootable, the Nlite program will do that, however, if you want it "authentic" like myself, use IsoBuster and pull the M$ corporation boot sector from the iso and use it instead of the Nlite sector.

OK, here some news, don't know if u guys tried, or know about but i did it by myself and it worked, finished the install on my laptop few minuts ago.

First:

U don't need use an SP1 or SP2 XP CD. I used the old and good XP without any update. (Windows.XP.Pro.Corporate.Final-DEVILS0WN)

Second:

integrated the SP3 with autostreamer, very easy to be truth.

Third:

in MY CASE, i don't needed add the boot file (Microsoft Corporation.img) cause i integrated my SATA driver controller with nlite, them it did the boot automatic for me.

That's it. I did by myself and it works, u DON'T need a SP1 or SP2 XP disk, just integrate the SP3 and it work as a charm.

If i can help anyone, i'll be refreshing the topic.

lshenliang: Yes, untouched, meaning that non of the files were altered in any way. VLK images require a cd-key. one is provided in the .nfo file inside the rar file. "is says INTERGRATED SP3 to SP2.What does it mean ? " It means that a SP2 VLK image (VRMPVOL_EN) was used to integrate the SP3 RTM 5512 into. "Then if like this,it's not pure 100% from microsoft." A SP2 Disk from MS using MS SP3 5512 final is still all from MS. Yes, it is user made, but so is EVERY SP3 bootable install disk out there, because MS has not released their integrated image yet. That will be May 2nd.
