X-Setup Pro is a so-called "hacker" or "tweaker" program. It allows you to change 1,900 settings that are normally hidden deeply in some configuration-files like the registry fast and easily. It's runs on any Windows version, is clutter-free, easy to use, extensible, powerful, covers any aspect of your computer and has more configuration options than any other tweaker. X-Setup Pro 8.1 is now available and it includes several enhancements as well as bug-fixes. X-Setup Pro can now handle 2048 independent settings for each plugin, adds horizontal scrollbar if needed and does now allow a plugin to execute up to 60 seconds. We have also regrouped a lot of plugins to make them easier to locate. More changes can be found inside HISTORY.TXT once you have installed X-Setup Pro 8.1.

As far as I know, this is the best Windows tweaking program out, at least it tweaks the most settings. X-Setup Pro is like Tweak UI (the Microsoft Powertoys freeware program) except it will tweak about a Bazillion more settings. There are also periodically, plug-ins available.
A good feature of this program is the wizards which make tweaking simpler. The program will also warn you if you are about to make a dangerous change.
This program is not the same as Tune-Up Utilities 2006. Tune-Up Utilities 2006 does do some tweaking, but nowhere near as many settings as X-Setup Pro.

Nothing better as buy the biggest book you can found on the planet about windows registry. Read it!!! By the way look for books in ur loacl language about bios setup etc... use regedit + notpad + hex editor and u never need this Graphical user interfaces for doing the same things just more or less with nice menus. You never will need to update such programs cause the methods are the same since 1994 one of the first windows 95 32bit os till windows 64bit os!
