this new version have some bug . when i upgrade to this new version i try to use the antivispyware then my computer shut down. them i try it again do it again shut down my computer .. this new version have bug.
i just have question for you are you getting a blue screen when computer shuts down or not please tell me or if any body else have same problem with this verson please post one thing you should do try doing a clean installlll . please don't uypdate just do clean installl...... then test. please post what happened.. thanks for your help.... take care.
Can confirm this problem. No 'Blue Screen' - the computer simply just shuts down when ZA AntiSpy start scan. Also tested install on a 100% clean XP Pro Image. Same result. This version surely got a problem.

seems to me that our fav firewall is turning into somewhat of a bloatware n a resource hog.
shifted to nod32(latest) n kaspersky antihacker 1.9 with superadblocker 3.

Working OK compared to 6.5.700.000 however still "buggy" including difficulty in shutting down.
Also problems in Mail Frontier (Outlook Plug-in).
6.1.744 was far better.

see i knew it i"am not the only one with problem with this new version yes is no blue screm. it just show down when i try to run the ZA spyaware....... i j ust report it to zone alarm about the bug........sorry my english is not good .... hey but i try. :)

I downloaded the newest update directly from the ZoneLabs site. When I tried to install it I got an error message that siad that there is a issue with McAfee Anti-Virus and to uninstall it and re-try installing ZoneAlarm. What is the deal. Guess I need a new firewall?

Does anyone (with dail-up only maybe) get the problem of their CPU usage going to 100% by the ZA Sec. Suite processes vsmon.exe and zlclient, until they restart their PC? I keeps happening, in v6.1 it only happened with program control on, but v6.5 always seems to do it.

or what is the best internet security programe has to be easy programe to use
