    Zoom Player should now work with VMR9 under DirectX-9 in both DVD (as long as the decoder also supports it) and Media modes. On a personal point, I feel DirectX-9 was rushed as there are still a few issues with it... In any case, backward support is still working, so you don't have to use VMR9 if you don't want to.
