RyanVM is more reliable.. I've had problems with nLite before. nLite is more user-friendly and has more options.

If you do not boot from CD then a few issues could occur when installing XP SP3 with winnt(32).exe. If you did not have any issues then no need to update.
Fix: XP SP3 manual install (winnt32) issues.

Has lots of nice menus but unfortunately if your system requires drivers for installation F6 - it may not be able to detect your floppy or any other source for the drivers.
