There isn't much changes in this release besides adding Windows XP Service Pack 3 support since previous ones did a great job on supported operating system already. The size of this patcher is pretty large because I encountered a lot of problems in previous version (smaller file size) that doesn't patch it right because some machines already got patched and UXTheme Multi-Patcher caused uxtheme.dll malfunction due-to different patching patterns.
