By now most of you should be aware that build 566 has been released and is being automatically updated for everyone on the beta. If you are using build 562 you are also aware of a bug with the automatic update where it continually asks you to updated but you are still left with build 562. Here is the work-around:
1. Uninstall build 562 by going to Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs and removing "Messenger Beta"2. After uninstalling it may appear that you still have Messenger installed, if that is the case try signing in and let the automatic update kick in. Proceed with the automatic update and install. The Mozilla Corporation have today uploaded the follow-up to their hugely popular web browser, Firefox. Despite not being featured on the Firefox homepage the files have all been uploaded to the Mozilla FTP site.
The Windows installer weighs in at 5568KB, and was uploaded at 0819GMT today. As well as this both Mac and Linux versions have been added.
This updated version is designated for release tomorrow, but avid Firefox users can get their hands on it now.
