Instruction for Hiren's Boot CD v7.2
THANKS GO TO HIREN FOR PROVIDING THIS SOLUTION.  THANK YOU!
Using UltaISO add the following files to the BootCD file folder:
BCDW.BIN
BCDW.INI
BOOT.IMZ
BOOT.INI
Save the ISO.
Burn it!
