Layered Service Providers (LSP) are small pieces of software that can be added or inserted into the Windows TCP/IP handler by other software.
Data outward bound from your computer to a legitimate destination on the Internet can be intercepted by an LSP and sent somewhere other than where you intend it to go. LSP Explorer allows you to view active LSP and Name Service Providers on your system, along with detailed information about every one so you can determine whether or not they're legitimate.

Latest referencefile for Ad-aware, a free multi spyware removal utility. To install, unzip into your Ad-aware and restart the program. Ad-Aware includes a web updater, so downloading this manually is optional.
Once downloaded, simply unzip the contents into your Ad-Aware folder, (Most likely "C:/Program Files/Lavasoft/Ad-Aware SE Personal"), the program will do the rest.
