More than a month after the release of DirectX 9.0a(Web Installer), Microsoft has now released DirectX 9.0a Redistributable. There are still no signs of DirectX 9.0a SDK.
This download provides the DirectX 9.0a end-user multi-languaged redistributable that developers can include with their product. The redistributable license agreement covers the terms under which developers may use the Redistributable. Neowin.net post : We posted this back in January when DirectX 9 had just released, but for some reason a debug version was used (I only noticed this yesterday while playing with dxdiag) so I downloaded the SDK and extracted the retail version of the Control Panel for everyone.
To see which version you have:

1. Click Start > Run
2. Type dxdiag & enter
