NVIDIA'S NUMBER ONE global partner is how MSI likes to style itself. It just announced Geforce FX standard and ultra versions and gave us a sneak view at what its box design looks like. There were barely any new details given in this release, just a repeat of well known facts about 500/1000 MHz at 0.13 and all the other stuff that we'd already heard about.
MSI call its cards FX5800 Ultra-TD8X and FX5800-TD8X and there were no details about availability of these cards.
MSI bundles a pack of games with its cards and FX will be no exception. You will find titles such as: Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon and

CREATIVE LABS TOLD told us before the holidays that it will have the one and only exclusive for Europe, at least to start with, but we are starting to get more information from other firms who say it's not so.
See for example, the Club-3D confirmation of its GeForce FX board today.
We were advised by one of the top four manufacturers of Nvidia's cards that it's very unlikely that Creative will be exclusive and here's why.
He believes, and we agree, that if this is true, and if it's anything to do with Nvidia, this type of move could cause many partners to feel a little "upset".
