A Microsoft source has quietly leaked that Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 will be availible to the public sometime in mid-August of this year. This goes hand-in-hand with official MS reports that they are indeed working on Beta 3 at the moment. One fix going in Beta 3 will be will be to revert back to an IE6 behavior when using PHP pages. One IE7 tester noted that "when it comes to compare the code in the session variable and the code in the post data, they're different." The final version of Microsoft Internet Explorer Beta 2 has been released and provides a more stable experience and tweaked performance compared to the Beta 2 Preview many people have been running.  Microsoft are so confident that Beta 2 is end-user complete from a feature point of view that they have launched free telephone support and there will now be an ugrade path meaning that any future versions will simply upgrade the existing version on your computer instead of having to uninstall previous versions as has been the case up to this point.
