version was leaked on 25th December before Microsoft can actually announce, Soon after windows 7 beta 1 x86 leakage most of the users started expecting Windows 7 Beta 1 64 bit (x64) version will leak in a day or two but that didn’t happen. It took more then 1 week for Windows 7 Beta 1 build 7000 64 bit version to get leaked, yes you heard it right, 64-bit Windows 7 beta 1 build 7000.0.081212-1400 is now leaked on internet and its available for download

Windows 7 Build 7000 Beta 1 MSDN ISO DVD ReleaseIt appears that there is not much changes from the leaked Windows 7 pre-beta build 6956, although there may be under-the-hook changes and tweaks invisible to ordinary users.
The only clue that Windows 7 build 7000 is indeed a beta comes from About dialog of Windows Media Center, where the Windows 7 has the version build 6.1.7000.0 (winmain.win7beta.081212-1400). The build will expire on 02.07.2009.

Not too long after Microsoft had released a developer build of the Windows 7 Milestone 1 release to a select few, review and opinion pieces started to leak onto Windows enthusiast sites by OEM employees or their beneficiaries. So it's hardly surprising that now -just a few days later, the full naked DVD image has started to show up on a few torrent sites.
Anonymous pirates vying to snatch credit for the first Windows 7 torrent have only served to frustrate, with many of the downloaders later verifying the various submissions as fake zero byte ISO images, and while we haven't been able to verify for ourselves if indeed a valid Win7 image has been leaked to the pirating comm
